David Staples: 'Tar sands' campaign makes its biggest kill just as Alberta inquiry into it bogs down

I’m starting to doubt the Kenney UCP will get to the bottom of the funding of the “tar sands” campaign targeting the Alberta oilsands.
Exactly how much money has been put into this campaign? Where did it come from? Albertans own the oilsands so we need to know. As it stands now, it’s near impossible to sort through the misinformation fed to us on these questions from the two warring sides, Big Oil and Big Green.
